Two different options are available to secure your log package:
- Purchase Agreement - You can immediately order your package with a 15% deposit, which will allow you one year to take delivery of the log package
- Layaway Agreement - With $500 down and 24 monthly installments totaling 10% of the package price (with no interest charged), you can lock in the price of your log home package for two years. Please Note: The Barna Layaway agreement will be changing in 2008.
Mortgage - You will then need to contact your lender for a Pre-Qualification Application for your construction mortgage. Or, we can help you arrange for your loan through lenders we have worked with and who are familiar with log home mortgages.
